Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F and prepare a 6” cast iron skillet with non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl, stir together the peanut butter, eggs and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, stir together the almond flour, protein, sweetener, baking powder and salt.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and combine using a rubber spatula until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in half of the candies.
  6. Press the dough evenly into the pan and top with remaining candies.
  7. Bake the skillet cookie for 12-14 minutes. Serve warm.
